REVALIDATION OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCY-COC(ENGINEER)


  1. Application for re-validation of CoC’s needs to be made online through E-governance for Class-II and Class-I candidates and through E-pariksha for Class-IV candidates. 
  2. CoC’s will be dispatched after successful scrutiny within seven working days to the registered address of the candidate.
  3. All payments need to be made through https://bharatkosh.gov.in/.
  4. Any queries with regards to CoC’s, may be addressed to Examiner in-charge of Engineering in concerned MMD or to ashish-dgs@gov.in, D.G. Shipping.

General intact stability criteria for all ships: The Code for Intact Stability was adopted on 4 November 1993 under  IMO Resolution A.749(18) . This Intact Stability Code was provided to seafarers to give recommendations related to Intact Stability criteria and other measures for ensuring the safe operations of the ship to minimize risk to ships, the personnel, and the environment.
